Baked Oatmeal

1/2 a cup of Ariel’s Chai, Golden Samurai or Raw honey
2 cups of rolled Organic Oats
2 eggs
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
1 Mashed ripe banana
2 Cups of unsweetened Almond Milk or Milk of your choice
1 Tsp. of salt
1/4 Tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups of frozen local (if possible) blueberries

Steps:

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl from the dry ingredients

  2. Butter a 8" pan square or round pan

  3. Lay the dry ingredients down first in the pan, then pour in the wet ingredients & mix everything together well

  4. Bake 350 for 25-35 minutes

    Extra-Drizzle of Infused honey over the top of each serving with a spoonful of greek yogurt
