Raw Vermont Honey, From Beehive to Table.

Raw honey is at the heart of everything we do. Sourced from our TopBar Hives & local, Vermont beekeepers who engage only in sustainable practices. Our honey we keep raw. That means the naturally occurring vitamins, enzymes, and nutritional elements that make raw honey such a wholesome, nourishing treat stay intact, from the beehive right to your table.

Small batch & hand-crafted.

We believe good things come in small batches. Like the humble bee who gathers pollen flower by flower, we handcraft our honey infusions a few jars at a time, ensuring quality and giving each batch its own personal touch.

No Chemicals or Pesticides, Ever.

It’s a well known fact that healthy bees make healthy honey. When farms use pesticides and chemicals or take too much honey from a hive, they compromise both the health of the bees and the purity of the raw honey. For these reasons, we’ve opted to only work with local, Vermont beekeepers who engage in ethical and sustainable practices and refrain from the use of pesticides, chemicals, or other sprays. This guarantees the purest and healthiest bees and honey Vermont has to offer.

Sustainably Harvested, Local Organic Herbs.

Whether it’s lavender or rose, cayenne or cinnamon, raspberry leaf or stinging nettle  – if it’s in one of our infusions, you know it’s organic. And although it’s not always possible, we strive to keep it local by sourcing our ingredients from Vermont farms as much as we can.
